USA & Singapore 2024 Workshops
Reconnect with Hindu Culture
& Temples
*Workshops are a Fundraiser for a Documentary on Agastyamuni
Temples are not just architectural structures. They are sacred spaces infused with divine energy. They are energized through the process of consecration (prathista).
Each temple serves a specific purpose. For wealth, one goes to a Balaji or Mahalaxmi Temple. For education - Saraswati Temple. Like this, for different needs in our lives, there are different kinds of temples.
Each temple has a prescribed procedure as to how to approach, access, and make use of the Kshetra - energy space. Without understanding the procedure, entering a temple is as good as using a gadget without reading the user’s manual.
It is crucial to preserve and spread this ancient knowledge for future generations. If we fail to do this, the present and future generations will stop going to temples at all. This 2-day workshop will cover various aspects of temples, culture, rituals and customs which have been part of our rich tradition.
